The Visit Rwanda team together with the Rwandan Embassy in the Netherlands and Rwandan tour operators are in Utrecht, Netherlands for the Vakantiebeurs, a leading travel fair and a key tourism promotion platform for the Dutch and European markets.
The fair, which started on the 15th and will run till 20th January, will see Visit Rwanda team showcase the country’s unique tourism offerings to more than 50,000 visitors and travel professionals and 200 exhibitors from all over the world.
Along the margins of the fair, a Business to Business session is planned between Rwandan tour operators and the Dutch travel business partners on 20th January in The Hague. 35 Dutch travel buyers are expected to attend this important business session.
The fair is a unique opportunity for the Rwandan tourism sector to engage with the Dutch and other recognized international travel trade to drive more tourism traffic to Rwanda as the country is among Rwanda’s top 10 source markets.
